Let me get this right....Large flat lot, water meter can be put on property and very close to Lake Arrowhead HOA location and boat ramp. Electric at lot location. At an incredible price! You ask, what is wrong with this picture? Answer...like many properties in Lake Arrowhead and Crestline, the flat lot is about 25 or 30 feet below street level so the new home will need to be built up from the lot...very common for the area.
